Cameroon’s Young Lions Touch Down in Egypt for CHAN U18 Volleyball Battle

The Indomitable Lions U18 volleyball squad has left Cameroon and landed in Egypt, ready to take their shot at continental glory. The team flew out today ahead of the African Nations Championship for Men’s U18 Volleyball, which gets underway in Alexandria and runs from 20 to 30 July.

Head coach Djoby Mateke Martial has named the fourteen players he is trusting to carry Cameroon’s colours through the competition, and it is a squad built with real intent. He will have Malam Yves Honoré working alongside him as assistant coach, a partnership that should bring both experience and a sharp tactical eye to the bench.

The squad travelling to Alexandria is as follows.
