CAVB CHAN 2026 Kenya: Cameroon to face Uganda in the quarter finals
The quarterfinals of the CAVB Women African Volleyball Championship Nairobi 2026 begin this Monday. Cameroon, which received a bye in the Round of 16 will face Uganda in the quarter finals.
To reach this stage, Uganda defeated the Democratic Republic of Congo in the Round of 16 on a 3-0 (25-16, 27-25, 25-18) scoreline.
While awaiting the official schedule for the quarterfinals, the Lionesses are continuing their preparations.
The arrival in Nairobi of Fecavolley President Bello Bourdanne and Secretary General Dr. Deris Meh has been a booster for the team.
Cameroon’s objective is to claim Gold and the lionnesses are listed amongst the favourites alongside Rwanda, Egypt and host Kenya.
