U20 UNIFFAC 2022: Coach Yvan Kenmoe Make Public His Final List Of 20.

The assistant coach of Cameroon’s U20 lions has made public a squad of 20 ahead of the 2022 UNIFFAC tournament run from, December 7 to 18, 2022 in Congo Brazzaville.

The list consists of two goalkeepers, seven defenders, five midfielders and six Attackers.

Coton Sports Duo Patience Wassu and Djawal Kaiba are some key names in the list and will bring some experience into the squad – having been part of the U23 and intermediate team call-ups.

PWD’s vice-captain James Tendoh who has made six appearances for the 2020 elite one champions also made the list – alongside Gazelle’s Moustapha Hadji who has scored two goals this season.

Njalla Quan SA forward, Kimbi Lovis is the only player to be selected from the amateur championship in the country.

It should be noted that Cameroon is the defending champions of the UNIFFAC tournament – where they qualified for the U20 afcon but were eliminated by eventual champions Ghana in the quarter finals.

The team is said to travel this morning to Congo for the tournament and will participate alongside three other countries: Dr Congo, the Central African Republic and host Congo.

The group winners and runners-up will book their place for the U20 Afcon to take place in Egypt next February.
