U20 Women World Qualifiers Costa Rica: U20 Lionesses Begin Training Ahead Of Gabon Clash

Cameroon’s under 20 lionesses have today begun intensive training that will run from November 08, 2021, to December 14, 2021, at the CAF center of excellence in Mbankomo under the instruction and supervision of coach Mike Ndoumou.
All 30 players summons answered present during their first training session that took place at 4:00 pm
The rally session, with a match between trainees, gave coach Mike Ndoumou the knowledge of the player’s forms especially the newcomers.
The process continued with the girls enduring the assessment test after a month’s interlude.
This wing, is a bit of the preparation for the dual ballgame against Gabon, counting for the qualifiers for the 3rd round of the 2022 Costa Rica women’s World Cup. The first leg will be played in Gabon on the 4th of December 2021 and the return leg in Cameroon on December 18, 2021.
It should be noted that, during the last round, the U20 lionesses thrashed DR Congo 4-0 during their first leg confrontation that was played in king Sasha in DR Congo, and in Yaounde, at the Ahmadou Ahidjo stadium, the lionesses thrashed the Leopards of DR Congo 5-0 in the return leg of the second game to make it 9-0 on aggregate.
